Abstract
This project presents an IoT-based transformer monitoring system using the ESP32 microcontroller for real-time health tracking and preventive maintenance of electrical transformers. The system continuously measures voltage, current, and temperature using sensors. The collected data is displayed locally on an LCD and remotely via the Blynk IoT platform. In abnormal conditions such as overload or overheating, alerts are sent to users through Blynk notifications, and a relay disconnects the transformer to prevent damage. A buzzer provides immediate alerts. This system improves transformer safety, reduces failures, and enables remote monitoring.

Introduction
Electrical transformers are critical components in power distribution systems. Their failure can cause power outages and financial loss. Traditional monitoring methods are manual and inefficient. This project introduces an IoT-based smart monitoring system using ESP32 that enables real-time tracking of transformer parameters like voltage, current, and temperature. The system provides remote monitoring via Blynk and ensures safety through automatic protection mechanisms like relay cutoff and alert systems.

Objectives
• To monitor transformer parameters in real-time
• To detect abnormal conditions (overload, high temperature)
• To send alerts using IoT (Blynk)
• To automatically disconnect load during faults
• To display data locally and remotely
