To address these issues, this project proposes Agro Connect, a Flutter-based e-commerce platform designed to enhance efficiency and transparency across the agricultural supply chain. The system enables farmers to directly list and sell their produce to wholesalers, retailers, and consumers without intermediaries, ensuring fair pricing and improved profit margins. Buyers can browse products, compare prices, place orders, track deliveries, and make secure online payments. The platform integrates real-time data management, logistics coordination, and user authentication through a cloud backend, making the entire process smooth and reliable. By digitalizing the agricultural marketplace, Agro Connect improves supply chain visibility, reduces operational delays, and strengthens trust among stakeholders. This solution demonstrates how mobile technology can significantly transform agricultural trade, benefiting both farmers and buyers through a transparent and efficient digital ecosystem.

INTRODUCTION
Traditional agricultural supply chains suffer from issues like poor price transparency, middlemen exploitation, and delayed market access. To address these challenges, Agro Connect integrates IoT-based farm monitoring with a Flutter-based e-commerce platform. The IoT system uses Arduino Uno with pH sensor, soil moisture sensor, and temperature-humidity sensor, helping farmers monitor soil health and environmental conditions in real time. Farmers upload their produce, along with sensor-based quality indicators, directly to buyers. The website connects farmers, buyers, and distributors, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and fair pricing. This combination of IoT + mobile technology enhances decision-making, improves crop quality, and strengthens the agricultural supply chain.
