Abstract:

Now a days for any services like Plumbing, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Pest Control, Home Paint and Machine Repairing, if any customer wants to use this type of services than they can go through a personal meeting or mobile call. It is difficult for customer to find any service in emergency at any time and place.

So with this project we are going to develop website which will help customers to find out solution for any problems related to Plumbing, Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical, Pest Control, Home Paint and Machine Repairing service. Our website will provide a platform for all kind of house hold services at any time and place. Our project will also provide the facilities like security, online payment, map navigation and also advertisement.

In this fast growing technology, we still have to take the appointment of person who solves the problems related to our daily life like plumbing related problem, mechanical problem, electrical problem, electronic problem, pest control etc.

To take the appointment of service provider we have to call him or with the personal meeting we can meet him, and it is not sure that we get the appointment of the service provider at a time because there are many problems occur, like the service provider is busy at somewhere else or he is not present at his office when we go there or he wants heavy cost for fix the problem etc.

We are not getting any service on time and also not proper changes of services. It is also not secure in terms of safety concern.To overcome this type of problem we are going to make our website where the people get appropriate result.

This website is very dynamic and very easy to understand. The interface of the website is very easy and anybody can easily work on it. This website can provide all the description and important information about the problem.

The Household service website is also very useful because the customer don’t have to visit to service provider’s office, he/she can easily book his/her order via this application and he/she can also pay the payment online in this website. So he/she can book order without any kind of disturbance.

Customers:
1. Customer can view/search products without login.
2. Customer can also add/remove product to cart without login
3. Customer can increase and decrease the products quantity to their cart
4. When customers try to purchase product, then he/she must login to system.
5. After creating account and login to system, he/she can place order.
6. After that check out page will prompts, here customer need to enter their mobile number and shipment address.
7. Once customer enters details order will be placed and it is in pending state
8. Customer can check their ordered details by clicking on orders button.
9. Customer can see the order status (Pending, Confirmed) for each order

Customers:
1. He/she can register to website
2. Need to select which type of services they are offering to customers
3. After service providing to the customer he/she need to update to the admin
4. Based on service provider feedback admin will change the status of the service provider work status

Admin:
1. First admin will login ( for username/password run following command in cmd
2. Give username, email, password and your admin account will be created.
3. After login, there is a admin dashboard where admin can see how many customer is registered, how many products are there for sale, how many orders placed.
4. Admin can add/delete/view/edit the products.
5. Admin can view/edit/delete customer details.
6. Admin can view/delete orders.
7. Admin can change status of order (order is pending, confirmed)
