Abstract:
This project involves the development of an Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) using an Arduino microcontroller and an LCD display.
The system aims to provide a simple and efficient voting mechanism to count votes electronically for three different parties.
The EVM operates with multiple switches to cast votes, and the results are displayed on an LCD screen.
The primary objective is to automate the voting process and determine the winner based on the highest number of votes, handling ties and displaying results accordingly.
• Develop an Electronic Voting Machine (EVM): Design and implement a basic EVM using an Arduino microcontroller, LCD display, and switches to create a functional prototype for automated voting.
• Automate Vote Counting: Implement a voting mechanism that accurately counts votes for three different parties and displays the results on the LCD screen in real-time.
