Abstract:
The main purpose of the project is detection of drunk driving. Alcohol consumption of the person who is driving the vehicle is the major reason for accidents across the world. The main reason for driving drunk is that the police are not able to check each and every bike hence it remains undetected. Drunken drivers have been let unchecked in the society. Though there are laws to punish drunken drivers they cannot be fully utilized as police cannot stand on every road corner to check each and every bike driver whether he has drink or not. This leads to severe accidents. There is a necessity to develop an efficient alcohol detection system to check drunken drivers. The alcohol detector which can be fitted/installed inside the vehicle is designed for the safety of the people seating inside it. It is basically a sensor circuit which regulates the ignition of the fuel.
INTRODUCTION:
The main purpose of the Alcohol Detection with Vehicle Controlling project is “Drunk driving detection”. Nowadays, many accidents are happening because of the alcohol consumption of the driver or the person who is driving the vehicle. Thus, Drunk driving is a major reason for accidents in almost all countries all over the world. The alcohol Detector in Car project is designed for the safety of the people seating inside the car. The alcohol Detection with Vehicle Controlling project helps to control the vehicle in case the driver has consumed alcohol. An alcohol breath analyzer project should be fitted/ installed inside the vehicle.
The main unit of this project is an “Alcohol sensor”. If the person inside the car has consumed alcohol, then it is alcohol detection is done by the sensor. The sensor gives this signal to microcontroller of transmitter side.
The microcontroller of receiver side receives the data based on data receiver side DC motor will rotate or stop and the buzzer is turned on. At the same time, a relay is turned off. Due to this, the ignition of the car is deactivated. Alcohol Detection System with Buzzer Indication project is extended by adding an ignition key at the input and a DC motor at the output. The input Ignition key is given to the microcontroller. It is used to find out that the car is started. Whenever a key is inserted into the ignition lock at that time the alcohol detection process is started.
OBJECTIVE:
The main objective of this system is to design a helmet that provides safety to bike riders and to prevent over a drink and drive cases.
