Abstract:
This project titled Employee leave Management System is basically concerned with managing the Administrator of HUMAN RESOURCE Department in a company. A Human Resource Management System, refers to the systems and processes at the intersection between human resource management and employees. It merges HRM as a discipline and in particular its basic HR activities and processes with the employees field, whereas the programming of data processing systems evolved into standardized routines and packages of enterprise resource planning software.
Human Resource Management System software acts as a bridge between HR department and Development department in software companies. HRMS looks after overall technical and non technical work details that are carried out in organizations.
In HRMS management software project various modules are covered where HR department can update, delete, modify employees details from database and manage employee payment details, work allocation details, off shore details, recruitment information, short listed candidates, project allocation, experience, education details. etc
Users:
1. Employee
2. Admin
Employee:
1. Employee can login to system the credentials given by the admin.
2. Employee can apply for the leave
3. Employee can see his/her leave status(Accepted, Rejected, Canceled)
4. Employee can see all other colleagues birthdays
Admin:
1. First admin will login ( for username/password run following command in cmd – python manage.py createsuperuser)
2. Give username, email, password and your admin account will be created.
3. Admin will create and generate login credentials to employees
4. After login, there is a dashboard where admin can see all functionality
5. Admin can add/delete/view/edit the employees.
6. Admin can view/edit/delete employees’ details.
7. Admin can create and modify employees’ profile.
8. Admin can change status of employees leaves
9. Admin can block the employees
10. Admin can have all the authority on employees.
