Supermarket Billing System is a standalone desktop application developed using Java Swing under the Java Standard Edition (Java SE) platform. This project aims to automate and streamline the supermarket billing process by minimizing paperwork and centralizing data management.
The core purpose of this application is to provide a secure, user-friendly interface for managing various supermarket operations. All data communication happens securely within the client application, while the backend database is managed using MySQL Database to ensure data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
This application basically consists of a home page in which it provides means to various other section such as:
Customer details
Product details
Material and purchase order details
It also contains the descriptive specifications about the individual categories respectively.
