Abstract:
The 'Medical Store Database Management System' has been developed to override the problems prevailing in the practicing manual system. This software is supported to eliminate and in some cases reduce the hardship faced by this existing system. Moreover this system is designed for the particular need if the carry out operations in a smooth and effective manner.
This application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while entering the data. It also provides error message while entering invalid data. No formal knowledge is needed for the user to use this system. Thus by this all it proves it is user-friendly.
The purpose of 'Medical Store Database Management System' is to automate the existing manual system but the help of computerized equipments and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements, so that their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing and manipulation of the same.
The main objective of the Django Project on Medical Shop Management System is to manage the details of Sells, Medicines, Stocks, Company, and Inventory. It manages all the information about Sells, Medical Shop, Inventory, Sells. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access.
The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Sells, Medicines, Medical Shop, and Stocks. It tracks all the details about the Stocks, Company, and Inventory.
Dealer Management:
• Add Dealer – To add dealers admin will collect some of the information from the dealers such as dealer name, address, phone number, email.
• View Dealers – Here admin will see all the available dealers and details. And even admin can update and delete dealers by clicking on dealer’s id.
Medicine Management.
• Add Medicine – To add medicine admin will collect some of the attributes of medicine such as medicine code, medicine name, dealer name, price, stock, description.
• View Medicine – Here admin will see all the available medicine and details. And even admin can update and delete medicine by clicking on medicine code.
Employees Management.
• Add Employees – To add employee admin will collect some of the data from employees, such as employee id, employee name, employee address, employee salary, employee phone number, and employee email.
• View Employees - Here admin will see all the available employee and details. And even admin can update and delete employee by clicking on employee id.
Customers Management:
• Add Customers - To add customer admin will collect some of the data from customer, such as customer name, customer address, customer phone number, and employee email.
• View Customers - Here admin will see all the available customer and details. And even admin can update and delete customer by clicking on customer id.
Purchase Management.
• New Purchase – here admin will go to add the purchase details to database such as product name, customer name, phone number, price and quantity.
• View All Purchase – here admin will see all the details about the purchase and even he can edit and delete the records.
