ABSTRACT:

This project introduces a Virtual Chatbot tailored to assist users with inquiries related to a diverse range of technology products. The chatbot is designed to enhance the user experience by providing accurate and timely responses to queries about various products, including Solid State Drives, Ultra Hot Swap Hard Disks, Privacy Filters, Headsets for Enterprise and Call Centre Applications, Memory Modules for Servers and Workstations, Desktops & Laptops, LAN Switches, SFP Modules, PCI/Graphic Cards, MSATA/M.2 SATA, Original & Compatible Batteries/Adaptors for Laptops of all Brands, a wide range of accessories for Laptops and Desktops, Cables and Connectors (Copper and Fibre Patchcords), and Networking Devices such as Routers.

Leveraging advanced natural language processing (NLP) techniques, the chatbot employs TF-IDF vectorization and cosine similarity to accurately understand and respond to user queries. It supports both voice and text interactions, using `speech recognition` for spoken inputs and `pyttsx3` for text-to-speech conversion. The system features an intuitive and user-friendly graphical interface, ensuring seamless interaction, and is efficiently managed through JSON and Pickle files for swift retrieval of information.

This chatbot aims to provide users with immediate, relevant, and precise information regarding their product-related questions, significantly improving customer support and user satisfaction through intelligent and interactive communication.
