Abstract:

Cyber Cafe Management System is a nice web-based application which is developed in PHP platform. For developing a code, this PHP project will also provide tutorial and basic guidelines for the user. Moreover, the user can Download zip and edit as per their need as this project is open-source.

The main aim of this project is to manage the user details and add computer details in the cyber. Instead, the admin handles all these works.

Basically, this is an easy and fundamental level mini projects for learning purpose. Besides, the user can also modify this scheme according to their requirements. For the backend of the system, the SQL server is used so that it will be easy to retrieve later.

The system is basically for those users who want to maintain all the customer details and computer details in the cyber. Moreover, the project provides the admin dashboard. The admin or the user of the system must log in into the system first, then after that, they can perform various operations. Besides, admin can add the computer details from the cyber, and also they can add a user.

They can also update and view all the user details in the system and can also generate the between dates. Also, they can search for the users as well. However, for doing all these tasks they must be logged into the system.

All these activities are stored with the creation of the database ccmsdb in the project and import the SQL file in the database. Users can also download and look at other PHP projects as well.

Module:

1. Dashboard: In this section admin can briefly view total number of computers and total number of user come in cyber cafe.
2. Computer: In this section, admin can manage the computers(add/update).
3. Users: In this section, admin can add new users, update outime, price and remarks, and view details of old users.
4. Search: In this section admin can search users on the basis of entry id.
5. Report: In this section admin can view number of users comes in cyber café in particular periods.
6. Profile: In this section admin can update his/her profile.
7. Change Password: In this section admin can change his/her passwords
8. Logout: Through this button admin can logout.
